Product Introduction
This semi‑electric off‑road pallet truck is a professional material‑handling device built for complex working conditions. It adopts electric travel with manual hydraulic lifting. It inherits the advantages of simple structure and easy maintenance of traditional pallet trucks, while the electric drive greatly reduces manual labor intensity.
Compared with ordinary pallet trucks, the semi-electric off-road pallet truck is fitted with high-clearance off-road tires. It can handle uneven ground, outdoor sites and complex industrial environments, and is suitable for scenarios such as factory warehouses, logistics transfer areas, production workshops and building-material handling.
The product adopts a high-strength frame structure, featuring excellent stability and durability to meet daily high-frequency handling requirements.
Product Features
1. Electric walking system
Using motor drive mode, the operator can complete forward, backward and steering operations by controlling the handle, effectively reducing the labor burden caused by manual pushing and pulling.
2. Off-road tire configuration
The use of wear-resistant off-road tires improves the equipment's throughput and can adapt to cement floors, rough floors, and some outdoor working environment
3. Manual hydraulic lift
Using mature hydraulic lifting structure, the load capacity is stable, the maintenance cost is low, and it is suitable for long-term industrial use.
4. Strong battery life
It is powered by rechargeable batteries, and different capacity batteries can be configured according to customer needs to meet different working hours requirements.
5. Safe and reliable
The equipment is equipped with a safety control system to reduce the risk of misoperation and improve the safety of use.
6. Customized service
OEM / ODM customization is supported, including payload capacity, fork size, tire type, battery capacity, and appearance color.
Instructions
1. Check the battery, tires, hydraulic system, and control handle of the equipment before use.
2. Insert the forklift completely into the bottom of the pallet to ensure that the load is evenly distributed.
3. Operate the hydraulic system to lift the cargo to the appropriate height.
4. Use the control handle to control the movement of the equipment.
5. After reaching the designated location, slowly lower the forklift and complete the unloading.
Safety Precautions
Do not use more than the rated load capacity;
It is forbidden to load the cargo unevenly;
Personnel are not allowed to stand or ride on the equipment;
Long-term parking on the ramp is prohibited;
Regularly check the battery, motor, wiring, and mechanical structure.
